HOTEL DIRECTORY:
In Secret Luxury Villas we respect the privacy of our guests and take care of their safe stay. After your arrival we are at your disposal if you need any help.
Family environment, prompt service, modern facilities, comfort and cleanliness make staying a unique experience. This guide has been compiled to serve you better. Please spend some of your valuable time reading its useful information.
ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE - ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Check in : 15:00 - 21:00
Check out : 08:00 - 11:00
It is possible to extend the stay until 18:00, provided that the reception is informed in time to check availability and with an additional charge of 50% on the daily charge price. For departure after 18:00 the corresponding charge amounts to 100% of the daily charge price.
CANCELLATION AND PREPAYMENT POLICIES:
1.Non refundable (reservations with no refund) will be deposited in our bank account.
There is no possibility of money refund.
The visitor / guest should pay 100% the whole amount of money so as to validate the reservation.
Changes on the dates of the reservation are possible only after consultation with the owner of the accomodation at least 14 days before check in.
In addition changes can be rescheduled on condition that there is availability in the accommodation.
The cost of the reservation can be the same or higher compared to the initial cost.
2. Standard rate (refundable reservations) 50% of the total amount should be deposited in our bank account.
Full payment should be completed 14 days before arriving at the accomodation.
There is the possibility of refund in cancellations with in 14 days before the date of the arrival.
In case of late cancellation the visitor / guest will be obliged to pay the whole amount of the deposit.
PARKING LOT
The hotel has its own outdoor parking space. For the safety of your property, the area in question is covered by closed circuit television.
PETS
We love pets but they cannot be accommodated as there is currently no special space available for our beloved friends.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel.
ROOM SERVICES
Rooms are cleaned every 4 days. Room service is available from 10.30 to 14.30. In case you wish room service not to enter, please let us know.
MAGNETIC CARD
Upon arrival you receive your magnetic card. Approach the card to the special slot at the entrance of the villa and as soon as you hear the unlocking sound, push the door. Upon entering the villa, insert the card in question into the corresponding card slot in order to activate the villa's electrical circuit (your refrigerator works independently). When you go out, keep your card with you, because you will need it to re-enter the villa.
ALARM
Activated and deactivated by a special remote control.
CAR ENTRANCE
The door opens with the remote control without having to get out of your car, or with your entrance magnetic card which you have to present at the special slot at the pedestrian door.
AIR CONDITIONING
Adjust the temperature of your room at will using the air conditioners. Please note that the external frames have magnetic contacts and therefore if any window is open the air conditioning does not work.
FIREPLACE
After lighting the wood and for the best operation of the energy stove that all our rooms have, you should take down the protective fireproof glass. It is emphasized that, with the stove open, there is an increased risk of fire or even dizziness (in case of excessive smoke). The room is equipped with smoke detector for your safety. Provision in addition to the provided wood, after relevant information.
HOT WATER
You don't need to take any action, as the accommodation always has hot water, you just have to wait a while for it to come.
Wi-Fi
All villas are equipped with independent Wi-Fi Routers. The code for your wireless connection is on a form you receive upon arrival.
VALUABLES
Use the safe in the closet of one of the rooms to store your valuables.
OTHER BENEFITS
Availability of extra bedding (duvets - sheets - pillowcases - duvet covers - towels - pool towels) as well as pillows in the closet. Washing – ironing. Possibility of developing a playpen (free of charge, but prior notification is required)
DAMAGES
In case you detect any damage to the equipment of the accommodation, please report it to us so that it can be fixed immediately.
POOL
You use it at your own risk, always following the rules!
POOL REGULATIONS:
- 1. Operating Hours: 10:00 – 20:00.
- 2. Please use the showers before entering the pool.
- 3. Bathing suites must be worn to use the pool. Swimming in clothes or shoes are not permitted.
- 4. Consumption of food and beverages inside the pool are not permitted.
- 5. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent within and around the area of the pool.
- 6. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- 7. No running, pushing, diving or ball playing in the pool area.
- 8. Wait for 3 hours after eating or consumption of alcohol before entering the pool.
- 9. Entrance is not permitted to guests that don’t know how to swim.
- 10. People suffering from any disease are not permitted to use the swimming pool.
- 11. To avoid injuries, ONLY plastic glasses – plates are allowed.
The management of the accommodation reserves the right to vary the information in this form at any time.
